First, can I ask why do you ask a 60 year old if he checked on line; you are forgetting about the principal and fundamentals; rather than assuming that old folks are up with technology you all practice compassion, understanding, empathy and just think that elderly ones need attention. Second, you have not right to waste people’s time, life; making people waiting just because you think you are more important than your business is pathetic. Have some respect for people’s time.

Absolutely horrible haircut for me and my son. Still charged me even though she knew it was bad and worst of it was she was the assistant manager. Now I have to pay for another haircut to try and fix what she screwed up. I asked for a simple haircut and left with a bald half circle over my ears and then she said she could fix it. How it has to grow back or now I have to shave it all off up to that point to even it out. Absolutely ridiculous and then your system automatically prompts for a tip. Obviously I am not tipping even though I pulled full price because she did not apply the discount I was due either. Been there before and it wasn’t like this, but I will never go here again.
